Yoga, loosely translated to mean union, is grounded in universal ethical principles which help one to regulate behaviors with oneself and the world. In this workshop we will examine how practicing yoga both on and off the mat may be helpful in building the foundation needed to begin having difficult conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion in a healthy manner. No yoga experience is necessary and the only practice we will do together is breathe. This session is part of the Office of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion's Equity Certificate Program.
